To achieve this, you will need to register your information online through a provided link directing you to our website. Therefore, please refer to the following information:
1. Click on Log in Now. You will then be directed to the resident portal page. Please note: the only compatible internet browsers are Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or Firefox.
2. Click on New User Sign Up Now.
3. You will need your Security Code, which is located on your invoice at the top right corner. Please type it exactly as it appears, including capital letters and dashes.
4. Enter your email address, confirm the email address and click on the Send Verification Code button.
5. You’ll receive a 15–20 digit code. Enter it exactly as it appears, as well. Follow the remaining prompts to complete your registration.
6. Once completed, you will be able to see all of your invoices and print them out as needed.
For those residents that remit payments to Champion, please know you can also pay your bill via our website, once you’ve registered your account. Payments are applied instantly, so you’ll be able to view your updated balance in real time. Please note, if payments are made after the statements are sent, the mailed bills will not reflect the new balance. Therefore, viewing your account online will reflect the most current balance due.
Furthermore, Champion’s team is actively researching other payment options that will allow you to make automatic payments.
